Haochen Insulation’s automatic rock wool board production line runs in real-time operation. Basalt raw materials are melted at high temperature, processed through fibre forming, curing and shaping procedures to produce standard rock wool boards. The finished rock wool boards adopt a tight fibre interwoven structure, featuring excellent tensile performance, Grade A non-combustibility, and superior effects in thermal insulation, heat preservation and sound absorption.
Our production line supports customized water-repellent external wall rock wool boards with various thicknesses and densities from 80–180kg/m³. Large-scale automated production ensures stable and sufficient output capacity, enabling us to efficiently undertake bulk orders for construction insulation projects nationwide.
