Haochen Insulation was founded in 2016 and is located in Dacheng County, Langfang City, Hebei Province. It is a comprehensive insulation material enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales, with a production site of over 13,000 square metres. Our products are exported to Europe, America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, South America and other regions. Our Business

Haochen Insulation specialises in the R&D and deep processing of high-performance rock wool insulation materials. Our main products include multi-specification rock wool boards, rock wool blankets, vertical-fibre rock wool strips and various composite rock wool panels; hydrophobic rock wool pipe sections, including our in-house developed pre-slit tongue-and-groove rock wool pipe sections and a variety of foil-faced pipe sections. We also supply supporting accessories such as alkali-resistant glass-fibre mesh and a full range of plastic expansion insulation fixings for external wall insulation.

Our products are widely used in external walls, curtain walls, metal roofing, lift shafts, smoke extraction and ventilation ductwork, steel-framed workshops, HVAC systems and high-temperature industrial pipework. Key indicators including fire classification, hydrophobicity, tensile strength, structural stability, crack resistance and sound absorption of rock wool products, as well as anchoring pull-out strength and corrosion resistance of insulation fixings, are rigorously tested to guarantee stable performance and good engineering adaptability for every batch.
