Real shot of pendulum laying equipment on the rock wool production line at Haochen Insulation. Molten rock wool fibres are reciprocally spread by pendulum equipment to form continuous and uniform wool layers. The standardised laying process ensures balanced fibre arrangement within rock wool boards, delivering consistent density and stable tensile strength, and effectively minimises quality defects including uneven board thickness and density deviation. Pendulum laying serves as the core procedure for rock wool forming and lays a solid foundation for the subsequent curing and cutting processes, guaranteeing stable quality of finished water-repellent external wall rock wool boards. Custom densities ranging from 80 to 180kg/m³ are available to meet the requirements of various insulation projects such as building external walls, curtain walls and steel structure factories.
