Haochen basalt rock wool boards are specially developed for external wall insulation systems. The basalt content of raw materials reaches 75%–85%, which is greatly different from ordinary rock wool products mainly made from slag. High-proportion basalt raw materials deliver fine and flexible fibres with lower slag content, ensuring outstanding stability for long-term outdoor service.
The boards are Class A1 non-combustible. They will not produce molten drips when exposed to fire and can effectively prevent fire spread, meeting fire safety requirements for external wall insulation of high-rise residential buildings, commercial buildings and public constructions. They feature low thermal conductivity and stable thermal insulation performance to reduce heat loss of buildings and achieve energy saving.

The boards have reliable water repellency. They hardly absorb water in rainy and humid conditions, so the insulation performance will not decline due to moisture absorption. Their excellent tensile strength resists delamination and settlement, lowering the risk of insulation layer falling off from external walls.
Available densities range from 120–180kg/m³ and thicknesses from 30–150mm. Aluminium foil facing and hydrophobic treatment are optional. Custom cutting is acceptable according to project drawings. Automated production lines support stable bulk supply for large construction projects and export orders.
As a direct manufacturer, Haochen strictly controls raw material proportion and finished quality. Our basalt rock wool boards are widely used for external wall insulation and curtain wall fire filling, preferred by overseas contractors and building material distributors.
